Community Guidelines & Operational Mandates

Pullup is a platform for real people connecting at real places. Authenticity is non-negotiable.

1.1 Profile Authenticity

• Your profile must represent you accurately. Use a real, current, recognizable photograph of yourself as your primary profile photo.
• Profile names must be your genuine name or a clearly personal identifier — not a brand, a persona, or a fictional character.
• Biographical information must be accurate and not misleading.
• Significantly filtered, heavily edited, or AI-generated images that do not accurately represent your appearance are prohibited.

1.2 No Impersonation

• You may not impersonate any other individual, whether a public figure, celebrity, or private person.
• Catfishing — the deliberate adoption of a false identity to deceive other users — is a zero-tolerance violation and will result in immediate, permanent account termination.
• Creating accounts to misrepresent your identity following a previous ban or suspension is prohibited.

1.3 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted one active account. Operating multiple accounts — whether to circumvent restrictions, inflate presence, or for any other purpose — is prohibited. Duplicate accounts will be terminated without notice.

Pullup Events depend on people who commit and follow through. Unreliable behavior erodes the trust that makes the network valuable for everyone.

2.1 The Commitment Standard

When you confirm attendance at an Event by tapping "I'm pulling up," you are making a binding social commitment. You are taking a spot that another person could have occupied. Take this seriously.

2.2 Cancellations

• If you cannot attend, cancel as early as possible so your spot becomes available to others.
• Last-minute cancellations (within 1 hour of the Event start) without a legitimate reason are recorded on your account's reliability score.
• No-shows — failing to attend without any cancellation — are treated as the most severe form of flaking.

2.3 Reliability Scoring

The Company employs automated reliability analytics to track attendance patterns. Accounts that demonstrate a persistent pattern of flaking will face progressive consequences:

• Warning: Notification of declining reliability score.
• Temporary restriction: Reduced ability to join new Events for a defined period.
• Suspension: Full account suspension pending review.
• Permanent termination: For chronic, willful unreliability.

2.4 Host Responsibilities

• Hosts must cancel an Event with reasonable notice (minimum 2 hours prior, except in emergencies) if the Event cannot proceed.
• Hosts must not create Events for venues where they do not have authorization to host.
• Hosts bear responsibility for the accuracy of Event details, including venue, time, capacity, and the nature of the activity.
• Hosts must remain reachable via the group chat leading up to the Event.

Every user has the right to participate in Pullup free from harassment, intimidation, and abuse. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

3.1 Harassment & Abuse

• Sending unsolicited aggressive, sexually explicit, or threatening messages to any user.
• Repeatedly contacting a user after being asked to stop or after being blocked.
• Coordinating with other users to target, humiliate, or abuse a specific individual ("mobbing").
• Any form of stalking, intimidation, or coercive behavior, whether on-platform or in connection with a real-world Event.

3.2 Hate Speech & Discrimination

• Content or conduct that dehumanizes, demeans, or threatens individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, or any other protected characteristic is expressly prohibited.
• Creating or joining Events that are premised on exclusion based on any protected characteristic is prohibited.
• Using slurs, derogatory epithets, or hate symbols in any form — in profiles, Event descriptions, group chats, or direct messages — is a zero-tolerance violation.

3.3 Sexual Conduct

• Non-consensual sharing or solicitation of sexual content is absolutely prohibited.
• Sexual solicitation of other users is prohibited.
• Explicit sexual content is prohibited in all user-generated materials on the platform.

3.4 Threats & Violence

• Any threat of physical harm against any individual or group — whether explicit or implicit — is a zero-tolerance violation that will be immediately referred to law enforcement.
• Glorifying, celebrating, or promoting acts of violence is prohibited.
• Creating Events intended to facilitate violence, confrontation, or intimidation is prohibited.

The integrity of Events listed on Pullup is fundamental to the platform's safety and utility.

• Genuine Events only: You may not create Events that are fictitious, misleading, or designed to lure users under false pretenses.
• Camera-only photos: All Event photos must be real photographs taken at or representative of the actual venue. AI-generated images, stock photography, and materially deceptive imagery are expressly prohibited. Pullup enforces a camera-only photo policy for Events.
• No scamming: Using Events to solicit money, collect personal data, promote commercial products or services, or conduct any form of scam is prohibited.
• No illegal facilitation: Events that are intended to facilitate illegal activity of any kind — including but not limited to drug distribution, illegal gambling, or unlawful assembly — are expressly prohibited.
• Capacity honesty: Hosts must not advertise a capacity that materially misrepresents the actual venue's ability to safely accommodate attendees.

Pullup bridges the digital and physical worlds. User safety — both online and offline — is our highest priority.

5.1 Real-World Safety

• Never meet someone from the platform in a fully private or isolated location for a first encounter.
• Inform a trusted friend or family member of your plans when attending Events hosted by people you do not know.
• Trust your instincts. If something feels wrong about an Event or a person, leave and report immediately.
• In the event of an emergency, call local emergency services immediately.

5.2 Reporting

• Every profile and every Event has a report function accessible via the ⋯ menu. Use it.
• Reports concerning physical safety, harassment, or threats are escalated to the highest priority queue and reviewed by a human team member.
• You are encouraged — and in cases of imminent danger, obligated — to report conduct that violates these guidelines.
• Retaliation against any user for making a good-faith report is a serious violation and will result in immediate termination.

5.3 Blocking

Blocking a user immediately and permanently hides their profile, Events, and all communication from your view, and prevents them from viewing yours. Block freely and without hesitation if you feel unsafe or uncomfortable.

5.4 Minors

The platform is strictly for users aged 18 and older. Any user who knowingly interacts with or attempts to recruit minors onto the platform will face immediate permanent termination and referral to law enforcement.

• No copyright infringement: Do not upload, share, or display content that infringes any third party's copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
• No spam: Do not send unsolicited bulk messages, commercial solicitations, or repetitive messages to other users via the platform.
• No self-promotion without context: Events and profiles may not be used primarily as commercial marketing channels. Pullup is a social platform, not an advertising medium.
• No phishing or malware: Do not distribute links or content designed to deceive users or compromise device security.

DAMAI GEMILANG VENTURES ENT holds sole, absolute, and non-reviewable discretion in determining whether a violation has occurred and in selecting the appropriate enforcement action. Enforcement is not subject to appeal in all cases; however, where the Company elects to provide an appeals mechanism, it will do so at its discretion.

These Community Guidelines may be updated at any time. The "Effective Date" at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised guidelines.
